It was a beautiful day, and Old Takoma shined at the 24th annual Takoma Park Street Festival, held Sunday October 2, 2005. The full day festival included three stages of music, handmade items offered by more than 100 craft artists, outreach from community-based organizations, children’s activities, great deals from local merchants and food to please every palate.

Kudos to the volunteers and City of Takoma Park staff who made the festival run smoothly!
